The first half of the workshop covers the commercial foundations of an earthworm business, including different business models, understanding your customer, pricing your products and services, and how to market earthworms effectively.
The second half is an interactive Business Clinic, where participants can bring their own ideas, challenges and questions. Together, we will work through real business scenarios and explore practical ways to turn an earthworm-related idea into a viable offering.
